2020 Asia Pacific Social Innovation Partnership Award

What is APSIPA?
With the gradual increase of global risks, the ways of developing innovative practices to ensure a future with sustainability has become mainstream. The Asia Pacific Social Innovation Partnership Award is established to explore dynamic social innovation models in the Asia Pacific region and to motivate more change-makers to contribute to social innovation, discovering and celebrating social innovation partnerships that connect diverse stakeholders and make significant social impacts. Applicants are required to set the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (the SDGs) as their core value.

Who should apply for the award? 
All organizations established in the Asia Pacific region that are committed to social innovation actions or projects are welcome to apply. More information available here.

When and how can I apply for the award? 
Note: The application should be submitted in English only and strictly follow the application requirements.

What can I gain from the award? 
  • To gain an opportunity of attending one of the most significant social innovation events in Asia Pacific – Asia Pacific Social Innovation Summit (travel expenses will be covered by the Taiwanese Government as a courtesy).
  • To expand your social innovation network in Asia Pacific region. 
  • To learn from the best and to reimagine diverse possibilities of regional partnership.
The Special Jury Prize this year will honor social innovative cases addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, encouraging partnership experiences sharing across the Asia Pacific in this epidemic.
