GSEF member, Association of Korean Local Governments for Social Economy and Solidarity has signed an MoU (a memorandum of understanding) with RTES (a French association of local governments for social economy) to promote exchanges between local governments in Korean and France. The MoU was signed during the France national forum on SSE and social innovation (19 ~ 20 Oct 2017, Niort) and along with assisitng both two parties cooperation, GSEF chairperson Rev. Kyong Yong Song gave a speech on introducing the efforts of promoting social economy by Korean municipalities as well as the GSEF 2018 Bilbao forum.
